Week 1 Set your Goal...

Exercise at least 30 minutes
4/5 serving fruits and veggies
Drink 6 8 oz glasses of water
Take a multi Vitamin
2 servings of dairy

I'm going to take on the challenge! I started last night by going to the wellness center and walking on the treadmill. Supposed to be nice this weekend so we will have a chance to walk outside maybe!
