Ok, we are a couple of weeks into this challenge...

Are you doing anything different, or still thinking about it????




What positive changes have you made?



I haven't heard from anyone

for awhile...so I don't know if you have gone into hibernation or just too

cold to comment.



For my competive family members, I have been to the gym everyday

this month but 2. I am averaging 15 miles a week running, doing

some upper body weight lifting, 3 days a week and yoga 2 to 3 days a week. I won't

tell you how long it takes me to run that 15 miles, I am rather slow but I am doing it!



This week I challenge each of you to take one of the items on the list

and follow it.



It's not too late to get started!

Day one of the Healthy Challenge!

Have You Set your Goal....

If you don't set your goal, how will you know when you get there??

Remember not to be too aggressive, you want it to be a stretch, but
not unreachable so you give up. Some days stringing together :30 minutes
to exercise doesn't work...how about 2 :15 minute sessions.
