Have You Set your Goal....
If you don't set your goal, how will you know when you get there??
Remember not to be too aggressive, you want it to be a stretch, but
not unreachable so you give up. Some days stringing together :30 minutes
to exercise doesn't work...how about 2 :15 minute sessions.

Check out www.my-calorie-counter.com this is a free web based food diary where you can enter what you've eaten during the day. You cannot customize this to show your exact calorie goal for the day but they make your goal 1500 calories which is pretty average. This is also a great site for keeping track of your water intack. When you get there you do have to set up a user name and profile for the account. Obviously they try to sell you the upgrade and other products so that you can customize the site more to your needs, but that is completely not necessary. Good luck!
