Hey all! Wow, so this was a tid bit confusing, but I soon realized that it really isn't that hard! Well, I've been a little slow to jump on the bandwagon--yet always thinking about it. I think they call it procrastination??! But, I am getting a fitness pass at school so I can go to multiple group fitness classes all week long, and better yet all semester long! Today I went to pilates for an hour. I love that class and my goal is to workout at least 4 days of the week. This week I have been eating better than usual as far as my fruits go, need more work on the veggies but I have at least had a couple servings of fruit everyday!
Well, hopefully this works and I will try to keep my records on here. Judy I am not sure how to work the spreadsheet or what that's all about. I also tried to subscribe to this feed, but it didn't work. Is this something I'm supposed to do?
